Raised on Alabama’s Gulf Coast, Ann developed extensive experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the region’s distinctive real estate market. Her background includes condominiums, vacation homes, second homes and investment properties. As a Certified Resort and Second-Home Specialist, she understands the unique considerations involved in resort and coastal ownership and is skilled at guiding clients through every stage of the buying and selling process.
