Architecture Rich Zeglovitch May 21, 2025
At Space Intown, REALTORS®, we take pride in thoughtful design and purposeful transformation. This recently sold home on Maryeanna Drive, renovated and listed by our own Rich Zeglovitch, is a great example of that philosophy in action.
The original property was a classic 1960s split-level on a full acre near Mt Paran. Rather than strip it of its identity, Rich worked to modernize the home while preserving its mid-century character — from its linear prairie-style exterior to subtle architectural details inside.
The home’s interiors were reconfigured with today’s lifestyle in mind. Ceiling heights were raised, natural light was maximized, and materials were carefully selected to create cohesion between the old and the new. The kitchen was reoriented with clean lines, Bosch appliances, and open shelving, while maintaining a warm and livable feel. The finished result is functional, timeless, and balanced.
Throughout the home, design details were handled with restraint — allowing the quality of the renovation and layout to shine through. Outdoor spaces were reimagined as well, with the addition of a modern covered pavilion ideal for entertaining or everyday use.
This project represents what’s possible when real estate, design, and thoughtful investment come together. We’re proud of the outcome and proud to have guided it from purchase to closing.
