Welcome to Kessler City Lofts
Kessler City Lofts is a seven-story authentic loft-style complex located on Peachtree Street in Downtown Atlanta, just one block south of the Five Points MARTA Station. The building, one of the oldest still standing in Downtown Atlanta, initially housed the original Davison-Paxon department store before Macy's acquisition in the 1920s. It later served as the Kessler department store from the 1930s to the 1990s. Today, the building features 50 residential units on six floors, with commercial spaces on the ground floor. These lofts showcase classical architecture with Doric columns, original maple and walnut hardwood floors, 16-foot ceilings, and expansive windows. The open spaces maintain the industrial charm with exposed brick walls and beam ceilings.
