Welcome to The Healey Building
The Healey Building, a 16-story high-rise located on Forsyth Street in Downtown Atlanta, stands as a significant piece of the city's architectural history and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This Gothic Revival building was Atlanta's last major construction project before World War I, initially planned with twin towers connected by a rotunda—only one tower and the rotunda were completed due to the outbreak of the war. The building underwent significant renovations in 2001, converting its upper floors into 106 modern condominiums, while the ground floor encompasses an entire city block filled with restaurants, salons, an art gallery, clothing stores, and offices.
