Welcome to The Metropolitan
The Metropolitan is a 16-story high-rise condominium located at the intersection of Marietta Street and Broad Street in the Five Points district of Downtown Atlanta. Originally constructed as the Third National Bank Building and later known as the Atlanta Federal Savings and Loan Building, this historic building was resurfaced with aluminum in the 1960s and transformed into loft-style condos in 1996. The renovation retained much of the building's original architecture while incorporating modern loft elements like exposed ductwork and beams. The lofts offer one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with updates including 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite finishes, and large floor-to-ceiling windows.
