The Metropolitan Condominiums

The Metropolitan is a 16-story high-rise condominium building located at Marietta Street and Broad Street in the Five Points district of Downtown Atlanta. This high-rise was built in 1911 as the Third National Bank Building. It was later known as the Atlanta Federal Savings and Loan Building, and in the 1960s was resurfaced with aluminum. In 1996 it was completely renovated and converted into 91 loft style condominium homes. The homes have retained a lot of the old architecture but still have the modern look of lofts with exposed ducts and beams.
